The deluxe two bedroom models are less than $49,000. These models come complete with Kitchen, Bathroom, Electrics prewired , Floor coverings and Finishing trims.
Erect the building in less than a day with your friends then do the finishing touches over the next couple of days while the plumber and electrician complete the connections as required. (See specifications for more info)
Specifications:
- The framework is an anti-corrosive treated solid steel frame adding exceptional strength and durability, especially by comparison to other models.
This makes the home easily mounted on foundations or concrete slab. - The floor is a plywood, solidly fixed to the frame.
The deluxe model bathroom has additional PVC flooring. - The external walls are manufactured into a one piece “sandwich panel”. The 75mm sandwich panel consist of aluminium sheets with compacted internal materials. This produces strong internal and external maintenance free walls with exceptional insulation and sound reduction. (Density 10KG/m3, EPS core). This design is lightweight and easy to clean.
- 8 x double glazed glass aluminium sliding windows and double glazed ranch slider.
- The internal walls and roof are lighter but still highly rated, 50mm thick EPS sandwich panels. All walls are finished with architraves and cornices.
- Size: 37 square metres 5650mm x 6512mm x 2900mm when erected. Transport size 5650 mm x 2100mm x 2900mm.
- Included are Installation and assembly instructions.
- The deluxe model: The electrical pre wiring and electrical gear is to New Zealand standards. Ample lights and power points.The plumbing and fittings are also New Zealand standard; Kitchen sink, mixer and cupboards, bathroom vanity, shower and toilet.
- Decorative outside wall and roof materials are available in a variety of colours for an additional cost.
Notes:
- We can connect you with trades and suppliers in most areas.
- Foundations required are 12 – 16 leveled pads.
- Hot water heating and cooking is not included ( suggest gas hot water califont & hob)
- “Off grid systems” electrical and sewerage can be added to both models
- Local service connections , COC’s and inspections are also required
- Local building permits requirements vary especially in regard to temporary buildings. Once again we can provide assistance with this.
- These are a factory produced products at an exceptional price so the finishing touches are sometimes not perfect. Also, although they are all well packed and carefully freighted occasional scratches or dents can occur.
