Overall: 10.32 square metres, 4300mm x 2400mm x 2300mm (length, width, eave height) internal floor space just under 10 square metres which meets most council requirements.
Specifications:
- The framework is an anti-corrosive treated solid steel frame. This adds exceptional strength and durability. The framework is a market leader. The framework can be mounted on foundations, blocks or have skids attached.
- The floor is plywood which is solidly fixed to the frame.
- The walls are manufactured into a one piece “sandwich panel”. The 75mm sandwich panel consist of aluminium sheets with compacted internal materials. This produces strong internal and external maintenance free walls with an exceptional insulation and sound reduction. (Density 10KG/m3, EPS core). They are also double 4.0mm thick steel sheet with an electrostatic coating applied. This design is lightweight and easy to clean.
- The roof is, again, the highly rated 75mm thick EPS sandwich panels. These panels have additional corrugations for water flow and also ensure the building is aesthetically pleasing.
- The door is a solid, decorated, steel door.
- The windows are aluminium with double glazing and insect screens.
