Buildfast was established to provide genuine affordable housing, temporary accommodation , transportable buildings,tourist accommodation and a variety of “Tiny Homes”.
All Buildfast buildings are well designed, easy to assemble, solid, exceptionally well insulated and very soundproof.
There are two types of building systems
A) CPS – Composite Panels System
This building system is a unique and patented with international SGS approvals.
It consists of interlocking 2.4 to 2.8 high x .6 wide composite panels. These are similar to the “tilt slab” buildings in regard to the speed and ease of assembly.
The huge advantages are, not only the savings on materials and labour are how the panels just clip together with inbuilt access for services.
These panels are built to last and look great.
A smooth plaster on the inside and a rough plaster externally.
B) EPS -Expanded Polystyrene System
The main component is their 75mm and 100mm double skinned, steel framed EPS panels. No need to plaster and paint!
These are plain looking, however they can be transformed into a cottage style wooden look with free pallet wood glued inside and outside. (This is common overseas on quality tiny homes!)
Other panels, like Macrocarpa, can also be used. Standard colours are blue roof and light grey walls. These low maintenance panels are very easy to maintain and clean .
These Kit-set buildings are complete except for; wiring, plumbing, cabinets and skids. However Buildfast have negotiated great package deals from local suppliers for all of these. They are also expanding these packages to include “off the grid” services.
